Login to sddc manager > expand administration > click vmware aria suite > click deploy
(This will require aria lifecycle manager to be download before hand otherwise it will greyed out and you should ensure your edges, avn are setup)
select all and click begin
Your region x should be automatically picked up as you setup the avns before hand.
Click next
Enter the FQDN of aria lifecycle manager and enter load balancer ip that will get created in nsx-t manager (free ip address in region x) and password information and click next
Click finish
That’s it
