Run the installer from your computer which has access to your esxi host
VMware-VCSA-all-8.0.3-24022515.iso
Click install
Click next
Accept agreement and click next
Enter the ESXi host ip details and click next
Click yes on certificate warning
Enter vcenter name and password (This name is the vm name not the FQDN) and click next
Select the deployment size and click next (remember future growth as well)
Select storage location and click next
Enter the vcenter details (make sure forward and reverse DNS entries has been created) and click next
Review summary and click finish
Click continue to start the second half of the deployment
Click next
Enter ntp details and click next
Enter vsphere.local and sso password and click next
Click next
Verify summary page and click finish
Click ok
Done
