The below can be done for a group as well following these instructions. Also ensure the users and groups are available in VMware identity manager.
Login to aria automation > under identity& access management click active users (this will show the users from vidm ) click the user you want to edit > click edit roles > make the user an organization member, assign the service broker role, assign as a service broker user > click save
Next you need to add the user to the project in the main menu click assembler > Click infrastructure tab > Under administration click projects > open you project > click users > click add users > type in the users username > select role as member and click ok
In the main menu click service broker > click the content & policies tab > under polices click definitions > click and open you policy “vro workflows mine is” > click user based > untick share > click add users > type in the username and click add > click save
