I’ll be following the following configuration
mgmt, overlay – vds1 – vmnic0, vmnic1
vsan, vmotion – vds2 – vmnic2, vmnic3
Datacenter name and vsan datastore name are not an option in the GUI deploy, you need to change them manually if required from vCenter it should update the SDDC DB automatically in VCF 5.2. VCF 5.2 supports more than 2x NIC deployment in the GUI now and doesn’t need to be done via json.
Create new network pool in sddc manager for vsan and vmotion for new workload domain
Commission hosts with new network pool

Forward and reverse dns should have been created in the backend

Put in host transport overlay information

Create a new static pool is the host tep network

Backend config looks like

Continued

Bug – unselect a host if next button is not there and reconfigure switch, then next button available, then go back and reselect hosts and configure switch again
You can see my mgmt and overlay are on vds1 and vmotion/vsan are on vds 2
