Hi in this blog I am going to cover how I passed the vcap dcv exam 3v0-22.21 at a high-level. The most important thing is you go through the exam guide and have the experience in what’s covered in the exam guide. I passed the exam in January 2023.

The next part is I built some nested esxi hosts with a couple of vcenters, freenas to build a iscsi server, sftp server, domain controller, syslog log server so I can go through what is in the exam guide.

Some tips
I recommend a big screen so if you have laptop with a small screen, close your laptop lid, plug into a external big monitor with a web cam. That is if your doing the exam at home. Also drop and drag text from the manual saved time and typos in the exam, not waiting for long tasks to finish before moving onto the next question in the exam.
